Mater Private Hosptial Townsville and Mater Education (RTO 5210) are proud to offer the opportunity for Townsville students to study Mater Education’s Diploma of Nursing program (HLT54121), delivered onsite at our hospital campus in Pimlico.

The program is integrated and delivered onsite within Mater’s own facilities. Mater Education’s Diploma of Nursing students study and train in our exceptional clinical simulation facility and learning environment, learning contemporary theoretical knowledge and best-practice clinical skills from highly qualified teachers.

As you progress through this 18-month, hands-on program you will gain contemporary theoretical knowledge and best-practice clinical skills. You will also have the opportunity to undertake work experience across Mater’s network of hospitals, healthcare services, aged care centres and community care partners.

Mater Education is Queensland’s only nationally accredited, hospital-based, independent Registered Training Organisation.
